CROSCO upgrade and refurishment of Crosco bareboated Ocean King commences

CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the commencement of upgrade and refurbishment work on Crosco bareboat chartered jackup rig Ocean King and the arrival of the jackup rig to the Croatian shipyard Nauta Lamjama. CROSCO signs bareboat contract for Diamond Offshore jackup rig Ocean King

CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the awarding of a two year plus options bareboat charter contract with Diamond Offshore for use of the jackup drilling rig Ocean King.   CROSCO will provide drilling services utilizing the Ocean King for INAgip in Croatian waters of the Adriatic Sea. CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the award of a long term contract for CROSCO semisubmersible drilling unit Zagreb 1. In cooperation with local Mexican partner GOIMAR, S.A. de C.V., Zagreb 1 will provide drilling services for Mexican national oil company Pemex Exploración y Producción (PEMEX).    Zagreb 1 is scheduled to spud for PEMEX in February 2008 for a contract term of 549 days. CROSCO and Gulfsands extend Syrian drilling contract

CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. and Gulfsands Petroleum PLC (Gulfsands) have extended an existing drilling services contract by one well.    The new 2,500 meter well is expected to take 45 days and be completed by mid July, 2007.   The well will be drilled by CROSCO drilling rig EMSCO 602 (Emsco C-2 II). CROSCO provides drilling services for Gulfsands Petroleum in Syria
