Crosco Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company is the largest drilling and oil field services contractor in Syria.
Vedran Buratovic, General Manager of Crosco’s Syrian Branch, explained “In 2000 Crosco commenced provision of services in Syria and established a leading market presence. To supply clients with integrated service solutions for all drilling and well services, Crosco has in Syria 6 drilling rigs, 2 workover rigs, 5 pumping units, 2 coil tubing units, 1 nitrogen unit as well as a complete comprehensive range of equipment for cementing, stimulation, well testing, sidetracking, turbo drilling, coring, fishing, well control, H2S and well logging. An extensive Crosco base, service center and warehouse is established and centrally located near Palmyra allowing quick and efficient access to the entire country as well as to neighboring countries. All services are done in accordance with Crosco’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified management systems and in accordance with the Galiot Preventive Maintenance System. Crosco is committed to using Syrian personnel and provides training through Crosco’s training center and facility. Currently one 2000 HP drilling rig Emsco 603 (Emsco C-2II) is available as is some service equipment. Crosco is ready and prepared to mobilize additional rigs and service equipment into the country should demand merit.
