CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. is a service company specializing in integrated and individual drilling, workover and well services, both onshore and offshore. Through its long-standing involvement in complex projects, CROSCO has developed the expertise, technology and experience required to carry out the most demanding operations in the construction, workover and maintenance of oil, gas and geothermal wells.

Our Services
Drilling
CROSCO operates four onshore drilling rigs and one self-elevating offshore drilling platform.
Workover
CROSCO provides workover services using its own workover rigs and associated equipment of various models and operating capabilities.
Well Services
CROSCO provides a comprehensive range of well services, including well testing, cementing and stimulation, electric wireline logging, coring and more.

History
1948.
First Logging Unit
The Company obtains its first Schlumberger onshore logging unit.
1952.
New Onshore Services
Cementing, stimulation, coring and fishing services are added to the Company’s growing package of onshore integrated services.
1954.
First Directional Well
Company drills its first directional well.
1958–1968
Entering the International Market
Company enters the international market by providing geophysical services in Ethiopia and Egypt and drilling services in India and Jordan.
1966.
Well Testing
Well Testing is added to the Company’s integrated service package.
1972.
First Offshore Operations
The Company acquires the offshore platform Neptun and commences offshore drilling, cementing, stimulation, fishing and directional drilling services.
1974–1975
Coil Tubing
The Company becomes one of the first companies in Europe to offer Nitrogen and Coil Tubing services.
1977–1984
Expanded Offshore Package
Offshore logging, coring, well testing, nitrogen and coil tubing services are added to the Company’s offshore integrated service package.
1978.
Offshore Record
Drilled the deepest offshore well in Europe to date, well Amanda, 7,305 m, in Italian waters.
1982.
Onshore Record
Drilled the deepest onshore well in Europe at that time, well Orešac 2, 6,047 m, in Croatia.
1996.
Founding of CROSCO
CROSCO is formed as a separate entity within the INA Group, on 17th December 1996.
1996.
Geoservices
Geoservice is added as CROSCO’s newest integrated service component.
1997.
Association Agreements
Association agreements are signed with Western Atlas Logging Services and Sperry-Sun Drilling Services to ensure the most current logging and horizontal drilling services.
1998.
SAP R/3 Implementation
CROSCO implements Management Information System SAP R/3.
1999.
Midwesco in Oman
CROSCO forms joint venture company Mideast Integrated Drilling & Well Services Company LLC (Midwesco) and commences with provision of services in Oman.
2000.
Noble CROSCO Drilling
CROSCO forms joint venture company Noble CROSCO Drilling Ltd. in equal partnership with Noble Asset Co. Ltd.
2001.
ISO 9001 Certification
CROSCO’s quality management system earns certification from Bureau Veritas Quality International to ISO 9001:1994 quality standards.
2002.
Acquisition of Rotary Rt.
CROSCO purchases the international assets of Rotary Rt., a subsidiary of MOL Oil and Gas Company of Hungary under the contract in Syria and Tunisia.
2003.
ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
CROSCO’s environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system receive certification to ISO 14001:1996 and OHSAS 18001:1999 standards.
2004.
Sabratha Platform
CROSCO provides, manages and maintains drilling, completion and workover services on ENI’s Libyan Sabratha drilling and production platform.
2005.
Egypt & Hungary
CROSCO expands its activities to Egypt and Hungary.
2006.
Libya & Syria
CROSCO expands its activities on Libyan and Syrian markets.
2007.
Gulf of Mexico
CROSCO expands its offshore activities to Gulf of Mexico.
2010.
ISO 9001 Re-certification
CROSCO’s quality management system is re-certified to ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas Certification Croatia.
2011.
Iraq-Kurdistan
CROSCO expands its activities to Iraq-Kurdistan market.
2013.
Zagreb-1 Renewal
CROSCO’s semi-submersible drilling unit Zagreb-1 undergoes a five-year survey, overhaul works and class renewal by Lloyd’s Register.
2015.
ISO 50001 Certification
CROSCO successfully certifies its energy management system according to ISO 50001:2011.
2017.
Ukrainian Market
CROSCO expands its onshore activities to the Ukrainian market.
