Zsolt Ádám László

Zsolt Ádám László was appointed Company Director of CROSCO, Ltd., effective July 1, 2026. He joins this position from his role as Chief Executive Officer of MOL Pakistan. He began his career at Rotary Drilling and, over more than 20 years of experience, has held various positions in drilling, operations, and business development across international markets. From 2012 to 2020, he worked for Nabors Drilling International, where he was involved in projects in Oman, Jordan, Iraqi Kurdistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Kazakhstan.
In 2020, he returned to MOL Group, where he took on responsibilities in the areas of drilling, well workover, and engineering in Hungary and at INA. In February 2024, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MOL Pakistan. He holds a degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Miskolc in Hungary.

CROSCO Group which consists of CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co., Ltd. and Rotary Drilling Co. Ltd. offers integrated and individual onshore and offshore drilling, workover and well services. We are proud of our exceptional HSE track record along with our drilling and workover record. We are actively serving our customers in Croatia and Hungary.

CROSCO Group is proud to provide services for some of the world’s most recognized operators and to consistently exceed their expectations with safe, high quality and cost-effective services.

CROSCO’s fleet has 4 drilling and 8 workover rigs as well as one jack-up rig. CROSCO also provides the following well services: slickline, wireline logging, well testing, coiled tubing, nitrogen, cementing, stimulation, mud, coring, H₂S service, fishing, mud logging service, directional drilling, tubular running services, downhole tool service, well control equipment service, tubular inspection, hydrological and geomechanical services as well as their maintenance.

We are expanding the company’s activities in our target markets, entering new strategic markets and continuously developing in order to provide our clients with services of the highest quality.

Health, safety, environment and quality (HSE&Q) are absolute priorities in CROSCO and we demonstrate this by continuously achieving improvements in our performance results and records. CROSCO has ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 certifications from Bureau Veritas Certification Croatia. CROSCO is a member of the International Well Control Forum (IWCF). CROSCO has introduced a near miss policy and we adhere to our clients’ HSE&Q requirements. CROSCO’s results speak for themselves; they are consistently better than industry averages and are recognized by our clients and owners.
