Gábor Darab assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CROSCO Ltd. within the Group Upstream organization on 19 May 2025.
Gábor Darab brings a wealth of international experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked across multiple regions including Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Papua New Guinea, and the USA.
Most recently, he served as Area Manager in Kazakhstan for Nabors Drilling International, where he led diverse teams in large-scale drilling operations while building strong relationships with major clients.
He also oversaw operations in Kuwait, managing a team of 300 employees, and collaborated extensively with ExxonMobil on the PNG LNG project.
Gábor holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc and an Master’s in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management.
His global expertise, strong background in operational management, focus on safety, cost efficiency, and leadership in complex multinational environments make him exceptionally well-equipped to successfully lead the business operations of CROSCO Ltd.
