QUALITY MANAGEMENT

CROSCO’s Quality Management System is designed in accordance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 standard and it fulfils all requirements stipulated therein. Since 2001, the QMS has been continuously certified by Bureau Veritas Certification.

The objectives of QMS are the full implementation of CROSCO’s Quality Policy as well as continuous improvement of the System with the aim of maintaining the high quality of services.

Scope:

DRILLING AND WELL SERVICES, WELL DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY

CROSCO’s quality and business development are based on:

  1. A certified system of quality management and control, and
  2. Knowledge and long-time experience in design and performance related to exploration and production of oil and natural gas, hydrogeological and geomechanical services, and equipment/tools maintenance.

CROSCO establishes its market position by keeping regular, direct, fair and close relations with its clients, who use its services. CROSCO earns clients’ trust and increases customer satisfaction through professional help and services provided by CROSCO’s employees.  Meeting clients’ needs and expectations as well as attaining the planned service quality at an optimal cost is the constant aspiration of business.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

As an oil and gas industry service provider, CROSCO accepts responsibility towards the people and communities in its operational domain. That’s why CROSCO commits to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) as the core value for all employees and considers it elemental to its business conduct.
CROSCO’s commitment to OH&S starts with the Senior Management and goes all the way through the organization. Consisting of Senior Management members, the Occupational Safety Committee meets four times per year and is responsible for review and supervision of the OH&S System, as well as for the Policies, risk assessment and continuous improvement thereof.

In addition to planning and documenting, the OH&S System is subject to implementation, maintenance and audit on a regular basis. It also incorporates assignments and responsibility and creates value for the customer.
To achieve OH&S excellence, CROSCO is committed to integrate best OH&S practices into all business activities, by adhering to the following objectives:

  • Creating an incident-free work environment, and
  • Achieving excellence and highest OH&S standards in the oil and gas services industry

The OH&S System is certified according to ISO 45001:2018 and has been validated by the  Bureau Veritas Certification since 2002.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION IN CROSCO

In order to implement the Environmental Policy, fulfil the Policy commitments and achieve set environmental objectives, CROSCO has implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) according to standard ISO 14001:2015. EMS has been continuously certified and supervised by Bureau Veritas Certification since 2002.
The implemented EMS paves the way to achieving environmental objectives, minimizing the environmental impacts of business operations and avoiding any damages/losses and/or potential environmental harm.
In its business operations, CROSCO makes every effort to protect local communities, heritage and wildlife, taking into account legal requirements and local community’s environmental and other concerns.
Our aim is to stand out from other oil and gas service contractors based on our environmental excellence and to achieve the set environmental objectives with:

  • no environmental incidents;
  • no violation of environmental liabilities; and
  • environmentally friendly service provision.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Energy Management System is implemented 2015 in accordance with ISO 50001:2018, as a basis for the implementation of the Energy Management Policy.
